Every detail was perfect, really enjoyable. The staff were both extremely friendly and helpful. The bedroom was fantastic and elegant. Iron/ironing board and coffee/tea making equipment worked well.

Our experience here was lovely. We got 2 nights in this wonderful old and great looking hotel, loved it. Perfect and nice location to attractions like a national gallery, that was steps away from the property. We booked stylish and fairly quiet room with the bedroom, a great view, balcony. The breakfast was solid, featured a huge variety of meals.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The hotel was quiet and fabulous, as expected. I have stayed in king room with balcony and a towel for 2 nights. The location was amazing very close to the sea and the staff here was great and charming. Furthermore, a few of nice spots, as Liverpool Central Library where within walking distance of the venue.
The hotel needed a little tlc.

The personnel was very helpful and superfriendly. The setting was lovely and beautiful, near the centre of Margate, beach and town and the cliff. I found nice Eddy's Kebab House by accident, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel.
The room was not very clean, for me personally.
